About Trooli: Trooli delivers reliable, full fibre broadband to communities often underserved by other network operators. We combine high-performance connectivity with a personal, community-first approach - support that puts people first.

The Role: You will support growth performance across a defined geographic region within our network footprint (East Anglia), with a focus on newly live properties, lower penetration areas & high-potential communities. • Community-led demand generation - Build relationships with local councils & influencers for events, local happenings, and support, as well as schools, community groups, and local businesses - Activate referral programmes, local events, and hyper-local campaigns
  • Local execution of central strategy - Translate national campaigns into local impact - Coordinate with internal teams and agencies - Ensure messaging reflects trust, simplicity, reliability, performance, current offers and promotions, demonstrating the benefits of joining Trooli versus other providers.
  • Conversion & funnel improvement - Identify local barriers to conversion (pricing, awareness, installation friction) - Feed insights back into central teams for optimisation
  • Performance tracking & accountability - Monitor take-up %, conversion rates, CPA, time to scale, and demonstrate impact against agreed KPIs

KPIs:

  • Take-up rate
  • Installs per area
  • Demonstrate lead pipeline to Telesales for conversion – Lead-to-install conversion – Time to first 100 customers
