Retentions Advisor

We have an opportunity to join us as a Retentions Advisor on a permanent basis where you\’ll be able to work towards set targets to earn commission in addition to your basic salary.

This role is based 3 days a week in Kings Hill office, 2 days working from home.

The role:

As a Retentions Advisor, you will play a crucial part in retaining our existing customers by providing a high-level service and tailored solutions.

Day to day involves:

• Providing detailed information about available packages, features and benefits to customers
• Meeting or exceeding targets and KPI\’s to contribute to our growth
• Proactively engaging with existing customers to understand their needs and address any concerns
• Implementing effective retention strategies to encourage customer loyalty
• Maintaining a deep understanding of our services, prices and promotions
• Working closely with our technical support teams to ensure a seamless service delivery and address any technical issues raised by customers

Skills and experience:

• Previous experience in achieving sales targets and driving customer retention
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with our customers and internal team members

Qualifications:

• GCSE grade 4-9 in English and Maths
