About the Role

We’re looking for aFTTP Project Supervisor to oversee our fibre network build across the South Central, Southeast, and East Anglia regions. Reporting to the Project Manager, you’ll play a vital role in managing on-site delivery of our Total Homes Passed (THP) rollout programme—ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to Trooli’s exacting standards.

This is a hands-on role, with at least 80% of your time spent on site working closely with build teams, contractors, and local authorities. If you’re experienced in telecoms build and thrive on driving projects forward with a safety-first mindset, this could be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise civils, fibre, and PIA activities across allocated towns.
  • Ensure full compliance with NRSWA standards and Health & Safety policies.
  • Act as the on-site presence, maintaining daily contact with build teams.
  • Undertake toolbox talks, safety audits, and quality checks with staff and subcontractors.
  • Keep accurate site records, including diaries, progress reports, and APX system updates.
  • Liaise with Local Authorities and manage site risks proactively.
  • Ensure post-installation documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant.

Experience Required

  • Previous supervisory experience in civils or fibre deployment within telecoms.
  • Good knowledge of NRSWA and site safety compliance.
  • Ability to read build plans and update live systems.
  • Strong stakeholder and contractor management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and IT literacy (Microsoft Office).
  • Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel regionally.
  • Experience using the APX system.
  • Knowledge of Openreach network, PIA standards, and SROH.
  • Degree or equivalent in Telecommunications, Engineering, or related discipline.
