Mercure Oxford Eastgate Hotel is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Manager to join our Team. We are looking for a talented leader who has a passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience and a desire to learn and grow within our team. We want you to be focused on driving excellent standards for our hotel, delivered with passion and a smile. The Role

  • Take responsibility for all maintenance throughout the hotel, hands-on role
  • Manage on-site contractors ensuring health and safety compliance is adhered to
  • Maintain hotel bedroom and front of house areas to brand standard
  • Assist with customer requests in an efficient and professional manner
  • Liaise with all departments in the hotel to ensure effective communication
  • Manage cost within budgeted guidelines within the maintenance department
  • Preparation and communication of property reports for hotel
  • Will include some operational shifts in other hotel departments due to being a small hotel operation
  • Experience in Planned Preventative Maintenance/ Property Refurbishments
