We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and organised Linen Porter to join our housekeeping team. This is an important role that helps ensure our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment throughout their stay. This is a part time role.
Key Responsibilities- Collect, transport, and distribute clean linen throughout the hotel.
- Remove used linen from guest rooms and public areas, ensuring timely delivery to the laundry.
- Maintain adequate stock levels of linen, towels, and housekeeping supplies on each floor.
- Keep linen stores clean, tidy, and well organised.
- Assist room attendants and the housekeeping team with linen requests and general support.
- Report any damaged or missing linen to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
- Support other housekeeping duties as required to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Good physical fitness, as the role involves lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.
