Responsibilities
- Linen Management: Efficiently collect linen from guest rooms and various hotel areas. Deliver linen to the laundry facility for cleaning and processing. Ensure timely delivery of clean linen to guest rooms or designated areas within the hotel.
- Quality Control: Thoroughly sort, inspect, and fold clean linen, ensuring all items meet our high-quality standards.
- Organise Storage: Keep linen closets and storage areas organised and tidy in accordance with company standards. Regularly monitor inventory levels and promptly notify management when supplies need replenishing.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
