Assistant Night Manager – Crowne Plaza Marlow

At Crowne Plaza Marlow, we are looking for a dedicated and proactive Assistant Night Manager to support the smooth running of our hotel during the night shift, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and seamless experience for our guests. This role is key to maintaining those standards overnight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Night Manager in overseeing all overnight hotel operations, ensuring Crowne Plaza brand standards for service, safety, and security are upheld at all times.
  • Act as the main point of contact for guests during the night, assisting with reception duties, switchboard, porterage, and food & beverage service as required.
  • Monitor night cleaning operations, ensuring all public areas and guest-facing spaces remain clean, presentable, and in line with brand expectations.
  • Ensure full compliance with fire, health & safety, hygiene, and security procedures across the property.
  • Assist with night audit processes, revenue checks, and ensure accurate handover to the daytime reception and finance teams.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the night team, fostering a positive, professional, and collaborative working environment.
  • Handle guest queries, concerns, and any incidents promptly and professionally, contributing to continuous improvement in guest satisfaction.
