Key Responsibilities- Support the Night Manager in overseeing all overnight hotel operations, ensuring Crowne Plaza brand standards for service, safety, and security are upheld at all times.
- Act as the main point of contact for guests during the night, assisting with reception duties, switchboard, porterage, and food & beverage service as required.
- Monitor night cleaning operations, ensuring all public areas and guest-facing spaces remain clean, presentable, and in line with brand expectations.
- Ensure full compliance with fire, health & safety, hygiene, and security procedures across the property.
- Assist with night audit processes, revenue checks, and ensure accurate handover to the daytime reception and finance teams.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the night team, fostering a positive, professional, and collaborative working environment.
- Handle guest queries, concerns, and any incidents promptly and professionally, contributing to continuous improvement in guest satisfaction.
- Previous experience in a night operations, front office, or reception role within a hotel environment.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and leadership skills, with a calm and confident approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively in a fast‑paced, overnight setting.
- High attention to detail and a passion for maintaining exceptional service standards.
