We are looking for a maintenance assistant who has a passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience and a desire to learn and grow within our team. We want you to be focused on driving excellent standards for our hotel, delivered with passion and a smile. The Role
- Support with all maintenance throughout the hotel
- Hands on technical role with the hotel
- Assist with managing on site contractors ensuring health and safety compliance is adhered to
- Maintaining hotel bedroom and front of house areas to brand standard
- Assist with customer requests in an efficient and professional manner
- Liaise with all departments in the hotel to ensure effective communication
What we need from you
- Understand hotel property compliance
- Able to carry out property maintenance as required
- Competent level of computer skills
- Intermediate level of health and safety compliance for hotels
- Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge
