As a Finance Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance department in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes within our hotel management company. You will collaborate closely with the finance team and other departments to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment reconciliation, payroll management and supplier management.
• Monitor and reconcile daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Perform routine financial analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Support the finance team in financial audits and compliance activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies and provide support for financial inquiries.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
