As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented and commercially driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital strategy and elevate our online presence. The Role

As Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering the group's digital marketing strategy, ensuring all online channels are optimised to drive traffic, conversions, and brand visibility. You will work closely with hotel teams, revenue management, and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns and ensure a consistent brand presence across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the digital marketing strategy across all TROO Hospitality properties
  • Manage and optimise website performance, SEO, and user experience
  • Plan and execute paid digital campaigns (PPC, display, paid social) to drive direct bookings
  • Oversee social media strategy and content planning across the portfolio
  • Analyse performance data and provide insights to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness
  • Work with OTAs, CRM systems, and booking platforms to maximise online visibility and conversion
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and marketing partners
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels
  • Support new hotel openings and rebranding projects from a digital perspective

Digital Strategy & Performance

  • Develop and deliver a group-wide digital marketing strategy aligned to commercial objectives and revenue targets
  • Own digital performance metrics including website traffic, conversion rates, cost of acquisition, and ROI
  • Continuously optimise digital channels to improve direct booking performance and guest engagement

Website & Conversion Optimisation

  • Manage and optimise all hotel websites, ensuring best-in-class UX, SEO, and conversion pathways
  • Work with internal teams and external developers to enhance site functionality and booking journeys
  • Implement A/B testing, personalisation, and CRO strategies to maximise revenue

Paid Media & Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimise PPC, display, retargeting, and paid social campaigns
  • Manage budgets and agency relationships to ensure maximum return on investment
  • Align campaigns with key trading periods, promotions, and need dates

Content & Social Media

  • Oversee the group social media strategy, ensuring engaging and on-brand content across all properties
  • Work closely with hotel teams to generate relevant, localised content
  • Ensure a consistent brand voice and storytelling approach

SEO & Organic Growth

  • Lead SEO strategy, including technical, on-page, and local SEO optimisation
  • Drive organic traffic growth across all property websites
  • Monitor search trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities

Data, Insights & Reporting

  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM platforms to track performance
  • Produce regular reports on campaign performance, digital KPIs, and ROI
  • Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner closely with Revenue Management, Sales, and Hotel General Managers to align marketing with trading strategy
  • Provide guidance and support to on-property teams on digital best practice
  • Manage external agencies and suppliers effectively

Projects & Growth

  • Support new hotel openings, rebrands, and digital launches
  • Identify and implement new technologies, platforms, and innovations to enhance performance
