This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for people and a keen interest in HR processes within the hospitality sector. You will play a crucial role in supporting the Talent & Culture team with recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Support HR functions such as payroll processing, holiday tracking, and benefits administration.
- Handle general HR queries from employees, providing guidance on company policies and procedures.
- Assist in organising training and development initiatives to enhance staff skills and performance.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Support the Talent & Culture Manager with administrative tasks, reports, and ad hoc projects.
- Assist with HR reporting, document preparation, and any additional projects to support the HR team's objectives.
- Previous experience in an HR role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems.
