The Human Resources Intern provides administrative and operational support to the HR team while gaining practical experience in various human resources functions. This role assists with recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, HR records management, and special projects while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Responsibilities

- Assist with new hire onboarding activities and orientation preparation.
- Prepare onboarding materials and employee documentation.

- Maintain employee records and personnel files.
- Assist with data entry and HRIS updates.
- Support HR compliance and recordkeeping activities.

- Assist with tracking employee attendance, time-off requests, and leave documentation.
- Maintain attendance records and prepare attendance reports for HR review.
- Support HR in monitoring attendance trends and identifying reporting discrepancies.
- Assist with documenting employee relations matters and maintaining confidential records.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
- Help coordinate employee communications and HR-related announcements.
- Observe and support employee relations processes while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Assist with gathering information and preparing documentation for HR investigations, performance discussions, and corrective action processes as directed.

Basic Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in: Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
