We are looking for a confident, relationship-driven Client Account Executive to join a fast-paced and highly successful events business working with some of the UK’s most prestigious brands, venues and luxury events. This is not a role for someone who wants to sit behind emails all day. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys speaking to people, building relationships and picking up the phone to win business, follow up opportunities and become a trusted contact for clients.

Working within a high-energy sales and operations environment, you will manage inbound enquiries, proactively follow up quotations, support clients throughout the event process and help drive revenue growth through excellent service and commercial awareness. You will work with a wide range of clients across luxury events, hospitality, corporate functions, sporting events and high-profile productions.

The Role

  • Managing client enquiries and quotations from initial contact through to order completion
  • Proactively following up quotes and opportunities by phone and email
  • Building strong client relationships and becoming a key point of contact
  • Working closely with logistics, warehouse and operations teams to coordinate orders and changes
  • Supporting clients with amendments, timelines and any other queries
