THE ROLE

As Reception Team Leader, you will be the driving force behind a front-of-house operation that rivals the finest hotel lobbies in the country. You'll lead, inspire, and develop a talented team while ensuring every client and guest interaction is flawless from the first greeting to the final farewell. Occasional travel to Glasgow is required.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN?
