A prestigious new luxury residential development in South West London is seeking an Assistant Estates Operations Manager to join its leadership team. This is an exceptional opportunity to play a key role in delivering a five-star residential experience across one of London's most exciting suites of residences.
The Role
Reporting to the Estate Operations Manager, you will support the day-to-day management of the Housekeeping, Estates and Supervision teams, alongside a range of third-party providers, to deliver a safe, immaculate and enjoyable environment for residents and guests. You will be central to upholding exceptional service standards, building trusted relationships with residents and stakeholders, and driving a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management and daily deployment of the Housekeeping and Estates teams, planning shift schedules, rotas and task lists to ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation across all internal and external areas, including hard and soft landscaping.
- Deliver intuitive, anticipatory and personalised service, building relationships with residents, HNWIs and stakeholders.
