We're looking for a commercially driven Head of Sales to lead growth for a market-leading events and hospitality business that delivers exceptional food, drink and guest experiences across some of the UK's most exciting festivals, outdoor events, entertainment venues and live experiences.

The Opportunity

This role is all about growth. You'll be the driving force behind new business development, identifying opportunities across the festival, events and venue landscape, building relationships with promoters, rights holders and venue operators, and converting opportunities into long-term commercial partnerships.

We're looking for someone who loves being out in the market, attending industry events, networking, spotting opportunities and building relationships that lead to business success. You'll take ownership of the sales strategy, lead a sales team and personally spearhead major pitches, tenders and commercial negotiations.
