About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Area Facilities Manager to support our client in driving operational excellence across a multi-site estate throughout London.
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting technical services contract management and delivery across the entire portfolio
- Managing, developing and supporting Area Facilities Managers
- Leading our company-wide energy management initiatives to drive down operational costs
- Overseeing capital expenditure planning and project coordination
