The Role
Working within a busy events and advance booking function, you'll help ensure the seamless running of events across a flagship London campus. From managing bookings and event records to checking event spaces and liaising with catering, AV, security and reception teams, you'll be at the heart of delivering a world-class guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Support the smooth running of events from planning through to delivery
- Manage email inboxes, answer telephones and maintain accurate, up-to-date event records
