We are recruiting an experienced Concierge to join the team for a brand new prestigious luxury residential development in central London. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver exceptional service in a high-calibre environment.
The Role
You will be the primary point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors, ensuring a consistently welcoming and professional approach across all interactions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting residents with move-in/move-out processes and day-to-day enquiries
- Managing parcels, deliveries, and courier collections securely
- Providing lifestyle and hospitality services including restaurant reservations, ticketing, local recommendations, and transport arrangements
- Maintaining building access, security systems, and safety standards
- Supporting emergency procedures and evacuation protocols
- Key management and access control
- Building patrols and maintenance coordination
- Maintaining high presentation standards across communal areas
- Using building systems and resident apps effectively
During the initial operational phase, focus will be on welcoming prospective residents, supporting viewings and marketing events.
