The Role
This is a rare opportunity to join one of the most revered marketing teams in the industry. The CRM & Digital Marketing Executive will support the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns that surprise and delight guests before they even step through the door. Reporting to the Senior CRM & Loyalty Manager, this hands-on role is perfect for someone early in their digital marketing career who is curious, well organised, and excited to shape data led guest journeys. From building emails and managing platforms to coordinating seasonal launches, you’ll help ensure every digital touchpoint reflects the brand's unique personality and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM & Loyalty Campaigns
- Build and execute CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push) via platforms like Braze or Klaviyo
- Use guest data and segmentation to deliver personalised, automated journeys
- Support day to day loyalty activity from campaign delivery to surprise moments
- Track performance, sharing insights and ideas for optimisation
- Campaign Coordination & Content
- Own the monthly CRM and website content calendar
- Brief internal teams, manage timelines, and coordinate asset delivery
- Collaborate with local marketing to align digital content with in venue activity
- Support the digital rollout of café openings, menu launches, and seasonal campaigns
- Website & Platform Management
- Keep websites updated using CMS tools, ensuring content is relevant and guest friendly
- Collaborate on improving search visibility and online listings (Google, Maps)
- Maintain delivery platform content (e.g. Deliveroo) ensuring accuracy across menus, images, and promotions
- Reporting & Data Management
- Assist with weekly and monthly reports across CRM and website performance
- Help maintain CRM data hygiene including segmentation and tagging
About You
- At least 2 years experience in CRM or digital marketing
- Proficient with CRM platforms (Braze, Klaviyo or similar) and CMS tools
- Highly organised, deadline focused and calm under pressure
- Curious about new marketing tools, automation and guest engagement tech
- A good visual eye and instinct for engaging, on brand messaging
- Collaborative, warm and passionate about creating exceptional digital experiences
- Genuinely excited by hospitality and the power of thoughtful, tech enabled storytelling
