- Lead and inspire a team of seven, including Supervisors, Events Assistants and Booking Coordinators.
- Create a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Recruit, coach, mentor and develop team members through regular feedback, appraisals and development plans.
- Manage rotas and resource planning to ensure appropriate event coverage.
- Lead regular team briefings and communicate business updates effectively.
- Champion company values and consistently lead by example.

Oversee the successful delivery of approximately 100 events each month.
