This is a fast-paced, client-facing role within the luxury events and hospitality hire sector. You will work with some of the most prestigious event planners, caterers, brands and venues in the UK, supporting high-profile events, large-scale productions and premium hospitality experiences. As a Client Account Executive, you will be a key link between clients, logistics, warehouse, transport and finance teams. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will manage enquiries from first contact through to post-event follow-up, ensuring a seamless client experience at every stage. You will be working in a demanding, competitive environment where responsiveness, accuracy and commercial awareness are essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients
- Handle incoming sales enquiries promptly and professionally
- Create, amend and manage quotes and orders using a bespoke CRM system
- Proactively chase unconverted quotes and identify upselling opportunities
- Act as the main point of contact for client queries, changes and requests
- Coordinate closely with logistics, transport and warehouse teams
