We are working with one of London's most exciting independent hospitality businesses to find a General Manager for a high-volume venue that blends food, drink, entertainment, culture and community under one roof. This is not a traditional pub, restaurant or events venue. It is a destination. A place where guests come to meet friends, celebrate milestones, watch live sport, enjoy live music, attend community events, bring their families, host corporate gatherings and spend an entire day or evening immersed in great hospitality. The venue welcomes thousands of guests every month and has become a much-loved fixture within the local area.

The Opportunity:

As General Manager, you will take full ownership of the operation, leading a large management and frontline team while driving guest experience, commercial performance and team engagement. You will be the face of the venue, creating an environment where people love to work and guests cannot wait to return. This role requires a leader who is equally comfortable delivering exceptional hospitality, managing large-scale events, developing future leaders and driving strong financial performance.
