Spa & Wellbeing Manager | Luxury Residential | West London | £45,000

We're recruiting a Spa & Wellbeing Manager for one of London's most prestigious super-prime residential developments in Kensington.

This is a rare one: a five-star spa operation without the hotel hours. Monday to Friday, with some flexibility around events and business needs.

The role

You'll lead and coach the Spa & Wellbeing team, own the day-to-day running of the facility, and act as the main point of contact for residents.

That means impeccable standards across the physical product, a team that's trained and motivated, and a genuine, discreet, host-led service that keeps residents coming back.

You'll also shape the offering — building varied wellbeing and F&B menus, introducing new products and treatments, and gathering resident feedback to keep evolving what's on offer.

You'll work closely with the Resident Operations Manager, Maintenance and Chief Engineer on preventative maintenance, H&S and compliance.

What we're looking for

  • 5-star spa supervisory or management experience — essential
  • Background in luxury hotels, private members' clubs or high-end residential
  • Confident leading, coaching and developing a small team
  • Strong commercial awareness — you understand how a wellbeing operation makes money
  • Exposure to F&B, restaurants or bars is a real advantage
  • Personal licence holder preferred
  • Immaculately presented, discreet, warm and genuinely resident-focused

Pre-opening or refurbishment experience would be a bonus, as would a hospitality or business degree — but the right attitude and five-star instincts matter more.

  • The package
  • £45,000
  • Monday to Friday, 5 x 9-hour shifts - 1 hour break
  • West London
  • Working for a leading name in London super-prime residential
