We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Front of House Manager to lead and develop two teams across a Residential and Commercial portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused leader who thrives in a multi-site environment and is passionate about service excellence, people development and operational performance.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading and developing teams across two locations initially
  • Driving operational excellence, service standards and continuous improvement
  • Building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and building management teams
  • Managing budgets, P&L and financial performance
  • Monitoring and improving key performance indicators across financial, people and quality measures
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management and succession planning
  • Delivering engaging events and activations that enhance customer experience and support ESG objectives
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety, security, operational and company procedures
  • Identifying opportunities for innovation, technology and best-practice improvements

About you:

  • At least 2 years’ experience managing Front of House operations
  • A background in luxury hospitality, 5-star environments, corporate services or a similarly high-service setting
  • Proven experience leading, mentoring and developing teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Experience handling HR processes, including investigations, performance management and sensitive employee matters
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A genuine passion for customer service and delivering excellence
  • A professional, adaptable and positive approach
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams

The role:

  • Five Days in the business, Monday - Friday with occasional evenings to check in with staff members
  • Service elevation is a requirement, so a background in implementing SOPs is essential
  • Stakeholder management in terms of the community and residents is a requirement
  • High-profile, premium Front of House environments
