Working Monday to Friday (no weekends), on various shifts between 07:30 and 18:00, this role offers a stable, sociable working pattern within a refined and ceremonial corporate environment — ideal for an established front-of-house professional seeking a setting where experience, presence and impeccable standards are truly valued.
The Role
- Acting as a distinguished ambassador for the building and the wider organisation, embodying its heritage and values.
- Leading guided historical tours of this landmark building — confidently addressing and engaging groups of visitors, clients and VIPs through accomplished public speaking.
- Managing the tours inbox and associated administrative duties.
- Covering the reception rostrum/allocated desk and assisting with enquiries.
- Supporting VIP visits and high-profile events, ensuring every guest's expectations are exceeded.
- Maintaining records and working closely with other departments to deliver a seamless, five-star service.
- Adhering to all standard operating procedures at all times.

- Strong written and spoken English and an impeccable telephone manner.
