Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service within a luxury environment? We are looking for a Concierge Assistant to join a prestigious residential development in central London. This guest-facing role is all about ensuring residents enjoy the highest standard of service and amenities.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist residents with warmth, professionalism, and discretion
- Coordinate use of spa, pool, cinema, and dining room facilities
- Maintain impeccable hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation across all leisure areas
- Carry out regular pool testing and support equipment upkeep
- Proactively replenish stock and amenities across leisure and spa areas
- Handle resident requests, queries, and complaints swiftly and courteously
- Provide light beverage service when required
- Uphold all health & safety and fire safety standards
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality, concierge, or guest-facing roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation and a service-driven attitude
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Ability to work calmly and confidently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work a rota covering early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Additional languages would be a plus
