The Role
As the Commercial and Residential lead you will have overall responsibility for ensuring that an exceptional visitor experience and community events across a prestigious portfolio of corporate and residential buildings. The clients across the portfolio regularly entertain clients within newly refurbished spaces, and your team will be responsible for delivering impeccable events and a seamless guest welcome.
You will oversee the delivery of all customer-facing touchpoints, setting the standard for service excellence in events and a truly five-star visitor experience. You will lead a large, high-performing team supporting a team of 8 direct reports at leadership level. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and collaborate with colleagues across the business, sharing ideas and innovations to ensure a consistently outstanding service offering. Develop and maintain SOPs, steps of service, and best practices for the front-of-house experience.
The Candidate
You will be happy to be site-based across your portfolio, five days per week with some travel required. This position is ideally suited to a leader with a background in five-star conference and events, corporate hospitality, or luxury hotel environments, who thrives in delivering best-in-class service at scale. You will have experience in developing and upskilling a team, identifying training needs, driving continuous service innovation, and embedding a culture of excellence. Client engagement and stakeholder management experience are key to the role. You may have had exposure to mobilising or expanding services into new locations. Knowledge of workplace services, corporate hospitality, or FM environments is desirable, but not required.
