We are seeking an experienced, proactive Building Manager / Residence Manager to take the helm of an award-winning residential development in London. This landmark tower offers an unrivalled suite of amenities, including a gym, cinema room, sky bar & expansive roof terraces.
As the Building Manager, you will drive the vision of the development, providing a hands-on, visible presence to ensure a seamless 5-star resident experience.
The Role- You will hold overall responsibility for the concierge teams and contractors including housekeeping ensuring the building is maintained to an immaculate level.
- Team Leadership: Lead the recruitment, management, and training of the site team to maintain 5-star standards.
- Operational Excellence: Meet monthly SLAs and KPIs against all service contracts.
- Resident Engagement: Build strong rapport with residents and reactively handle requests with creative, timely solutions.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure 100% Health and Safety compliance and assist with the delivery of the Building Safety Act 2022.
- Facilities Oversight: Manage everything from plant room knowledge to in-house laundry and monthly stock takes.
- Proven Track Record: Extensive experience in high-end residential or five-star hospitality management.
- Presence: A professional, polished appearance with impeccable communication skills.
- Expertise: Deep knowledge of H&S regulations, COSHH, and the Building Safety Act 2022.
- Execution: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Salary: Β£65,000 per annum.
- Work Pattern: 45 hours per week. Mon - Fri but some weekends, evenings may be required.
