£50,000 - £55,000 plus an excellent benefits package to include an annual bonus.

We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Front of House Manager to lead and develop two teams across a Residential and Commercial portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused leader who thrives in a multi-site environment and is passionate about service excellence, people development and operational performance.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading and developing teams across two locations initially.
  • Driving operational excellence, service standards and continuous improvement.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and building management teams.
  • Managing budgets, P&L and financial performance.
  • Monitoring and improving key performance indicators across financial, people and quality measures.
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management and succession planning.
  • Delivering engaging events and activations that enhance customer experience and support ESG objectives.
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety, security, operational and company procedures.
  • Identifying opportunities for innovation, technology and best-practice improvements.

About you:

  • At least 2 years’ experience managing Front of House operations.
  • A background in luxury hospitality, 5-star environments, corporate services or a similarly high-service setting.
  • Proven experience leading, mentoring and developing teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience handling HR processes, including investigations, performance management and sensitive employee matters.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A genuine passion for customer service and delivering excellence.
  • A professional, adaptable and positive approach.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.

The role:

  • Five Days in the business, Monday - Friday with occasional evenings to check in with staff members.
  • Service elevation is a requirement, so a background in implementing SOPs is essential.
  • Stakeholder management in terms of the community and residents is a requirement.
  • High-profile, premium Front of House environments.
