We are recruiting for a dynamic, solutionsâdriven Estate Operations Manager to join one of London's newest superâprime residential schemes. This role is ideal for a confident operator with strong logistics oversight, people management experience and the ability to bring structure, consistency and leadership to a busy, fastâpaced estate.
You will oversee estate operatives, deliveries coordinators and an estate supervisor (team of 7). You will ensure immaculate standards across the development, lead on logistics and deliveries strategy, and support crossâdepartment coordination where gaps currently exist.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading dayâtoâday operations across the estate, logistics, loading bay and waste management
- Supporting and coaching a newly promoted supervisor and ensuring strong team performance
- Overseeing contractor management, permitâtoâwork processes and safety documentation
- Coordinating with multiple departments (Facilities, Compliance, Front of House, Security, Hotel)
- Managing projectâbased tasks such as signage, software rollouts (e.g., Dwellent) and traffic control
- Monitoring building standards, compliance and H&S across all areas
- Managing operational budgets (waste, staffing, contracts etc.)
- Ensuring seamless resident experience across amenities, parcel systems (e.g., Spike) and access routes
- Working closely with hotel teams, commercial tenants and stakeholders on shared operations
You will also step in on nonâroutine tasks and support areas where other departments may not be performing, ensuring nothing "falls between the cracks."
