Job Summary:
The Technology Project Manager will oversee and manage a portfolio of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical knowledge, proven leadership ability, and excellent organisational skills. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between IT and business operations, ensuring that technology solutions are delivered efficiently, on time, and within scope—while supporting an exceptional hospitality experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects across operational and support functions
- Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and technical requirements
- Oversee the implementation and integration of new systems, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners for system deployments and upgrades
- Monitor project performance, including budgets, timelines, risks, and deliverables
