We are working with a privately backed luxury lifestyle business operating in a membership-led environment that blends hospitality, wellbeing and community under one roof. The business is now entering a meaningful expansion phase, with multiple large-scale sites in development and a long-term growth plan already in motion. Each opening is substantial in size and operational complexity, requiring careful coordination across people, systems and space. This is an environment where there is real opportunity to shape how future growth is delivered, rather than simply following a fixed template.
This role sits at the heart of the growth journey and exists to bring clarity, structure and confidence to scale. You will take ownership of the operational side of new openings, bridging the gap between project delivery and live operations. The focus is not just on getting sites open, but on ensuring they open well, with the right systems, processes and team structures in place from day one. You will play a key role in designing how openings are done across the business, creating repeatable frameworks that allow each new site to benefit from the last. It is a hands-on role during each opening, focused on building ways of working that can be used again and again.
This role will suit someone who enjoys working at speed and juggling multiple openings at the same time. You are likely to have experience in fast-growing hospitality, leisure or lifestyle businesses and are comfortable operating at pace across multiple concurrent projects. You like being close to the action and are happy rolling your sleeves up during busy opening periods. You think in terms of systems and process, but in a practical way that works in the real world. You understand how important it is to put the right foundations in place early so future openings run more smoothly. You are organised, calm under pressure and motivated by seeing complex projects come together. Most of all, you enjoy being part of a growing business where your work has a visible impact and where each opening builds momentum for the next.
