We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Front of House Portfolio Operations Manager to lead and develop a diverse portfolio of Front of House operations across the UK. You’ll oversee a varied portfolio spanning commercial buildings, managing teams ranging from individual Front of House professionals to larger, multi-site teams. You’ll adapt your leadership approach to meet the needs of each location, while ensuring consistently high standards across the portfolio.
