We're looking for an exceptional Front of House Manager to lead operations at a flagship financial services location in the City. This is a high-profile, hands-on leadership role! You'll be the heartbeat of the building, creating a vibrant community and delivering outstanding service that exceeds expectations every day.
You'll manage a team of 20, including four direct team leaders, overseeing Community, Welcome and AV functions across Reception, Client Meeting Suites, Internal Meeting Rooms and Executive Floors.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead, coach and develop a team of 20, including four team leaders
- Own service delivery against contractual KPIs and SLAs
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Create and drive a calendar of community and colleague events
- Implement and maintain SOPs across all service areas
- Produce monthly client reports and carry out regular service audits
- Manage recruitment, inductions, probations and annual appraisals
- Proactively identify and resolve issues before they escalate
- Ensure security awareness
