We are recruiting for a dynamic, solutions‑driven Estate Operations Manager to join one of London’s newest super‑prime residential schemes. This role is ideal for a confident operator with strong logistics oversight, people management experience and the ability to bring structure, consistency and leadership to a busy, fast‑paced estate.
You’ll join at an exciting time with an evolving resident community, a new site, and major software/operational upgrades underway. This position needs someone who can take the baton and elevate the operation.
The Role
Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll oversee estate operatives, deliveries coordinators and an estate supervisor (team of 7). You’ll ensure immaculate standards across the development, lead on logistics and deliveries strategy, and support cross‑department coordination where gaps currently exist.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading day‑to‑day operations across the estate, logistics, loading bay and waste management
- Supporting and coaching a newly promoted supervisor and ensuring strong team performance
- Overseeing contractor management, permit‑to‑work processes and safety documentation
- Coordinating with multiple departments (Facilities, Compliance, Front of House, Security, Hotel)
- Managing project‑based tasks such as signage, software rollouts (e.g., Dwellent) and traffic control
- Monitoring building standards, compliance and H&S across all areas
- Managing operational budgets (waste, staffing, contracts etc.)
- Ensuring seamless resident experience across amenities, parcel systems (e.g., Spike) and access routes
- Working closely with hotel teams, commercial tenants and stakeholders on shared operations
- You’ll also step in on non‑routine tasks and support areas where other departments may not be performing, ensuring nothing “falls between the cracks.”
What You’ll Need
This role suits someone confident, organised and unflappable — a natural problem solver with excellent communication and strong common sense. We’re looking for:
- Experience in estate operations, facilities, logistics or residential management
- Strong people leadership; able to manage and mentor a diverse team
- A proactive mindset with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to push back appropriately and gain cooperation across departments
- Comfortable managing both high‑level operations and hands‑on tasks
- Ability navigating different personalities and stakeholders
- Spanish language skills would be a bonus (not essential)
Why Join the Team
- Super‑prime, brand‑new development with hotel partnership
- Strong platform for career progression – an evolving site with growing complexity
- Support from an expanding on‑site management structure (FOH, Security Ops etc.)
- Above‑industry‑standard holiday allowance (25 days + birthday)
- Bonus
- A chance to shape the operational culture as occupancy increases
This is a high‑profile role offering visibility, responsibility and the opportunity to truly make an impact at one of London’s most prestigious addresses.
