We are seeking a hands-on and passionate Deputy General Manager to support the General Manager in leading all operational aspects of the club. You will play a key role in delivering outstanding service and ensuring smooth day-to-day running, while fostering a culture that empowers the team and delights members. This is a visible, high energy role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, multi-outlet hospitality environment and is motivated by excellence and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the leadership, coaching and development of a diverse team across food and beverage, wellness and member services
- Maintaining exceptional standards of service and guest experience throughout the club
