Our client, a niche managing agent specialising in luxury residential developments across London is seeking experienced and professional Night Concierge’s to oversee night operations at two of its high-end residential developments based in Central London. The role involves delivering a discreet and reliable concierge service, ensuring residents and guests receive a consistently high standard of support and care throughout the night. You will be the main point of contact on site, maintaining safety, efficiency, and exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist residents and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage visitor access, deliveries, and key handling with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Conduct regular security patrols and monitor CCTV to ensure a safe environment.
- Support resident move-ins and move-outs, and assist with amenity space bookings.
