We’re looking for a dynamic Head of People to join a fast-scaling, high-growth business and play a key role in shaping its people strategy, structure, and culture. This is a pivotal leadership role, partnering closely with the People Director and Senior Leadership Team to build a scalable, high-performing people function across multiple markets.
You’ll lead the people team, ensuring the business attracts, retains, and develops great talent while operating with strong governance, compliance, and data-driven decision making. You’ll own the end-to-end people agenda, from workforce planning and organisational design through to building a best-in-class recruitment function that is fast, efficient, and aligned to growth.
Alongside this, you’ll drive people operations excellence, oversee HR systems and compliance frameworks, and lead complex employee relations matters with confidence and consistency. A key part of the role is leveraging people analytics to inform strategy, creating clear reporting and insights for senior leadership and the Board.
You’ll also shape engagement, reward, and recognition strategies that strengthen culture, support retention, and deliver commercial impact. We’re looking for an experienced, London-based HR leader with a strong track record in multi-site, multi-market environments.
You’ll bring deep expertise across HR, compliance, and people analytics, alongside the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on. Commercially minded and highly credible, you’ll be confident influencing senior stakeholders and building scalable people solutions in a fast-moving business.
