Front Office Receptionist- Nights in City of London

Luxury Residential, Central London £36,500 | 4 on 4 off | 19:00–07:00 We are looking for an experienced and polished Night Receptionist to join the team at a prestigious residential development in the heart of Central London, moments from Covent Garden This is a front-of-house night role where you will be the sole guardian of the building and the key point of contact for residents during overnight hours. You will deliver a seamless, highly personalised concierge service that reflects the exceptional standards expected by HNWI residents in a luxury setting. Responsibilities include: Meeting and greeting residents and authorised visitors, managing access and maintaining accurate visitor logs Receiving and processing resident deliveries with appropriate notifications Key management and maintaining accurate records Responding to resident enquiries and requests via in-person interaction and resident app Managing amenity space bookings and supporting move-in/move-out processes Providing local recommendations, restaurant reservations, and transport assistance Conducting thorough handovers to ensure seamless service continuity The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience in luxury residential (night shifts) OR overnight experience in a 4* or 5* hotel environment — this is essential An immaculate, professional presentation and excellent communication skills A proactive, service-led mindset with genuine care for resident experience Strong organisational ability and attention to detail Confidence managing security responsibilities and working independently overnight A calm, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving This is a fantastic opportunity for a night receptionist professional who takes pride in delivering a discreet, intuitive, and exceptional standard of service in a prime setting.
