The Role

We're looking for an exceptional Front of House Manager to lead operations at a flagship financial services location in the City. This is a high-profile, hands-on leadership role! You'll be the heartbeat of the building, creating a vibrant community and delivering outstanding service that exceeds expectations every day.

You'll manage a team of 20, including four direct team leaders, overseeing Community, Welcome and AV functions across Reception, Client Meeting Suites, Internal Meeting Rooms and Executive Floors.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of 20, including four team leaders
  • Own service delivery against contractual KPIs and SLAs
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
  • Create and drive a calendar of community and colleague events
  • Implement and maintain SOPs across all service areas
  • Produce monthly client reports and carry out regular service audits
  • Manage recruitment, inductions, probations and annual appraisals
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues before they escalate
  • Ensure security awareness and H&S compliance at all times

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 4 years in a senior Front of House, Hospitality or Guest Services leadership role within a 5? corporate environment
  • Proven track record managing large, diverse teams
  • Experience managing and developing team leaders
  • Confident communicator at all levels, including senior stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of SLAs, KPIs and service reporting
  • Knowledge of H&S legislation and security protocols
  • Proficient in meeting room booking systems (Condeco or similar) and visitor management platforms
  • AV and video conferencing experience desirable
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office
