Salary: £33,000 – £36,500 depending on experience and site

We're recruiting Residential Concierges for two of London's most prestigious residential developments. Both are managed to five-star hotel standards, both look after high and ultra-high net worth residents, and both are looking for people who come from hospitality rather than security.

If you're a Receptionist, Guest Relations Agent, Front of House Host or Concierge from a four or five-star hotel, private members' club or premium corporate environments, this is a natural next step — the service standards are the ones you already know, but with the rhythm of a residential building: you get to know your residents properly, learn their preferences, and build genuine long-term relationships rather than starting again with a new arrival every night.

What you'll be doing:

  • Greeting and farewelling residents, their guests and visitors by name.
  • Handling requests end to end — restaurant reservations, ticketing, transport, local recommendations, deliveries and amenity bookings — and following them through to closure.
  • Managing visitor logs, key control and access.
  • Supporting move-ins and move-outs.
  • Coordinating with housekeeping, engineering and on-site contractors.
  • Conducting handovers, show rounds and building patrols.
  • Monitoring CCTV and acting as a calm first responder in the event of an emergency.
  • Maintaining absolute discretion at all times.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in a four or five-star hotel, luxury residential building, private members' club or premium front of house environment.
  • Excellent spoken and written English and a genuinely warm, polished manner.
  • Strong knowledge of London — restaurants, culture, transport, the things residents will ask you about.
  • Organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
  • Discreet, tactful and unflappable.
  • Additional languages are a real advantage (Mandarin particularly welcomed for the Nine Elms site).
  • Full right to work in the UK.

What's on offer:

  • £33,000 – £36,500 depending on experience, in permanent full-time roles within genuinely beautiful buildings and well-established teams.
  • Structured 12-hour shift patterns that give you meaningful blocks of time off.
  • Career progression into supervisory and management roles as both operations grow.
  • Full training and development from day one.
