Our client, a niche managing agent specialising in luxury residential developments across London is seeking experienced and professional Night Concierges to oversee night operations at two of its high-end residential developments based in Central London. The role involves delivering a discreet and reliable concierge service, ensuring residents and guests receive a consistently high standard of support and care throughout the night. You will be the main point of contact on site, maintaining safety, efficiency, and exceptional service standards.
Some of the Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist residents and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage visitor access, deliveries, and key handling with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Conduct regular security patrols and monitor CCTV to ensure a safe environment.
