Front of House Manager | Landmark High-Volume Hotel | Central London
£58,000–£60,000 + up to 15% bonus + excellent benefits
Troika Recruitment is partnering with one of the largest hotels in the UK to appoint a Front of House Manager. It's a rare chance to lead front office at a scale few hotels can match, and to put your own stamp on a department that is ready for change.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a senior, strategic role leading a large front office operation across a busy, multi-product hotel welcoming groups, leisure and corporate guests. You'll have the backing of a supportive senior team to modernise structures and processes, develop your people and build a culture that the team is proud to be part of.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Leading, developing and inspiring a large front office team, including reception, guest services, lobby and night operations
- Being a visible, confident presence in the lobby during peak arrival and departure periods
- Shaping team structure and career pathways, and building a high-performance, positive culture
- Driving guest satisfaction, online reputation and service recovery
- Overseeing operational efficiency, labour productivity and front office KPIs
- Working closely with Revenue, Reservations, Housekeeping, Maintenance and F&B
- Ensuring audit, cash handling, compliance, health and safety and security standards are met
- Leading process improvements and operational change
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven front office leadership in a high-volume hotel, ideally 500+ bedrooms
- Experience leading large teams in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment
- A people-first leader with energy and presence, who coaches, develops and brings people with them
- Strong understanding of the guest journey, service recovery and front office metrics
- Commercial awareness and confidence making decisions under pressure
- Experience from large city hotels, airport hotels or cruise ships is welcome
WHAT'S ON OFFER
- KPI-related bonus of up to 15%
- 40-hour week, typically one weekend a month
