The Chef de Partie will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen and working closely with our dedicated prep team to ensure that daily par levels are met. - Previous experience as Commis Chef or Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen environment.
- Strong culinary skills with a passion for cooking and learning.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment, food safety practices, and basic culinary techniques.
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and standards.
