Your Mission

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific recruitment needs and create tailored hiring strategies
- Source, assess, and engage top-tier candidates across Sales & Marketing
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate onboarding
- Build and nurture relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and market conditions to adapt our recruitment strategies accordingly

- Proven experience in GTM recruitment or talent acquisition, with experience in either RPO or in‑house roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in candidate and client networking
- Experience in business development with a strong growth focused mentality
