Our Mission:
Troi is looking to expand our exceptional team with individuals who are passionate about Talent Acquisition and excited to contribute to our continued success. As a Talent Partner at Troi, you'll play a pivotal role in partnering with our clients to secure top talent and sharing your expertise to support their Hiring processes. From one hire to one hundred, your insight will guide and shape our client’s success.
Responsibilities:
- Adapt with our clients to understand their specific recruitment needs and create tailored hiring strategies
- Source, assess, and engage top-tier candidates across the Creative Design industry
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate onboarding
- Build and nurture relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience on all sides.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and market conditions to adapt our recruitment strategies accordingly
- Provide additional value in ad-hoc projects across the Talent function, from; System analysis/implementation, HM training, process improvement and more.

- Proven experience in an RPO or In-House Environment, with a strong focus on delivering a great candidate experience within the Creative Design industry.
