Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific recruitment needs and create tailored hiring strategies
  • Source, assess, and engage top-tier candidates across Sales & Marketing.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate onboarding
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to adapt our recruitment strategies accordingly

  • Proven experience in GTM recruitment or talent acquisition, with experience in either RPO or in-house roles
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in candidate and client networking
  • Experience in business development with a strong growth focused mentality

  • Innovative thinker with a constant focus on understanding new technologies and approaches in the recruitment marketplace
