Troi Search are delighted to be partnering once again with this innovative & mission driven HealthTech client.
We’re now looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who enjoys balancing hands-on coding with architectural thinking. You’ll build scalable, secure, cloud-native products used in real clinical environments, and collaborate closely with product and design to turn complex problems into elegant solutions.
What you’ll do
- Build and scale full-stack features using TypeScript, Node.js, and React
- Design reliable, observable systems running in the cloud (AWS)
- Champion CI/CD, automated testing, and zero-downtime deployments
- Mentor engineers and raise engineering standards
- Experiment with emerging tech like AI, computer vision, and advanced analytics
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years building SaaS or enterprise software
- Strong experience with React, Typescript, Node & AWS Technologies
- Solid cloud and DevOps knowledge
- Comfort working in data-sensitive or regulated environments
- A pragmatic mindset with a bias for delivery
- Build technology that genuinely impacts patient care
- High ownership, low bureaucracy, real influence
